Privacy notice.

This notice describes how Lukas & Co Interiors uses information submitted through this website.

Project enquiries

We collect your name, email, location, project details, budget, preferred timing and any photos you choose to upload. We use these to assess your request, contact you and prepare for a measuring visit or quotation.

Storage and access

Enquiries and photos are stored in the website’s hosted storage. Access is restricted to authorised business users. Please only upload images you have permission to share, and avoid personal documents or sensitive information.

Email notifications

FormSubmit processes the enquiry details and uploaded photos to send a notification to lukas@lcicarpentry.com. Its documented submission archive retains form details for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in that archive. See the FormSubmit privacy policy for information about its processing.

Customer reviews

When you submit a review, we store your display name, optional project type, review text and submission date on this website. You agree that these details may be published after approval. Reviews are checked before publication. We use a daily hashed connection identifier to limit spam; raw IP addresses are not stored with your review.

A private removal receipt is saved in your browser so you can remove your submission using “Remove my review”. Keep that browser data to retain access to this control. You can also contact us at lukas@lcicarpentry.com about removal.

Retention and requests

Contact us at lukas@lcicarpentry.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. The business retention period and full company details will be confirmed before public launch.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Private preview access may require platform sign-in cookies. The email handoff uses FormSubmit and may show its Google reCAPTCHA spam check.
